I'm new to running, even though I'm 50, and at no time in the shopping process did anyone in the store make me feel like a newbie or like I was not at their level. I know the folks there are very athletic and great at what they do, but they were helpful and patient with me.
I am very pleased with the service I rcvd. However, the associate that helped me said she would make a note of the other pair of shoes I liked and when I returned to get them the note had not been made. The shoes I originally purchased I absolutely loved!! They were so comfortable, but after wearing them less than 12 hours the sole started to peel off. I returned them (and the associate that helped me was also very nice and friendly) and was able to locate the other pair of shoes I liked by my description. I have had these shoes a little less than a week and so far so good! They are not quite as comfy as the original pair, but still fit really well. I have not had a chance to exercise in them yet (because of an injury) but will be doing that tonight.
Friendly staff and wonderful running/walking groups! I just wish you could offer more options throughout the week and weekend for running groups. I work 12 hour shifts at hospital and would love to run with y'all but not worth paying when I would miss half the runs. Wish I could pay per run or something!
Staff was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the NOBO class. My coaches are so encouraging and after years of thinking this form of exercise was not for me I find myself actually looking forward to my workouts!

Thanks for your staff and their very attentive and helpfulness. Kris? A tall dark headed gal helped me and I so appreciated her advice and answers to questions. I am trying the insoles recommended and hope to see an improvement in my foot pain.

The Service was awesome! I was actually recommend to you all from a fellow runner. Thankfully, I took her recommendation, she specifically recommended that I work with Drew. Drew was fabulous! I only tried on 3 pairs of shoes to find the perfect fit. I took them on an 8 mile run just this week and I have no complaints, my feet felt great afterwords.

I'm impressed with the knowledge the staff is experienced with regarding running. When my daughter was fit for her first pair of running shoes, she kept falling down during the NoBo runs. I brought her into the store and the associate, Chris, re-evaluated my daughter's running style and noted she was fit inproperly the first time (stability shoe). Chris was very patient with us and tried many styles of shoes for my daugher. My daughter was fit with a neutral shoe and since exchanging the shoes---hasn't fallen down one time. I appreciate the time and effort that was spent on us. And most of all I appreciate the fact that Fleet Feet stood behind their policy of 90 day money back guarantee and we were allowed to exchange the shoes without any problems.
