great service always and custom fitting sessions for shoes.,love the help with proper shoe for heel strike, etc. new store though, i miss carpet frim old store, seems a little noisier and not as warm walking in. felt too much like that other store in the mall.
That Chad took the time to find the perfect shoe for my foot. I never felt rushed and could tell the fit specialist really wanted to make sure that current injuries were being addressed with my new shoes. Now my shins and ankels don't hurt and I was able further than before. yay!!!

fantastic service. shoe fitting process was very informative. ended up with a nice pair of Brooks - I like the shoes, but i'm concerned that they might be a bit too big, I keep adjusting laces and trying different weight socks. hopefully they'll work out!
