Your Pathways training classes are exactly want I have needed. I have been running on my own off and on for 15 years and now I'm on my 3rd Pathways session. This past year is the first time I have ran with a group. I have learned so much from the coaches and my running peers in Pathways that I never could have learned while running on my own or from reading running magazines.
Its also so much easier to show up to run when I know that there are coches and co-runners there to encourage me despite the weather and to help me overcome my own lack of motivation.
