It is all about your staff. I find that one tech shirt is pretty much the same as another. In fact, most stores call the same lines. But to be greeted by name and a smile keeps me coming back.

I have always been veryn pleased with quality a of product and service at your store, however my last visit was not as satisfactory as usual. Shoes are great but felt like a piece of merchandise myself. That is not the quality of svc I have come to enjoy and expect at your store.

Mallory was very helpful with fitting me with the appropriate running bra as week as shoes and socks, she explained how my feet hit the ground and which type of shoe and insert would hopefully alleviate my aches and pains. She was not pushy and I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me something I didn't need. So far, I am very happy with my purchases and have shared my experience with my fellow runner friends.
