Taffy helped both my daughter and myself with new shoes. She was great, did a wonderful job. I wasn't planning on purchasing for myself, but changed my mind with her helping me. I also like your policy of being 100% satisfied. My daughter just started one of your running programs. I was told that I would be receiving a couple of certificates since my purchase was over $300. Can you tell me if that is by email or regular mail.

I am very impressed with your store. The service is awesome! We were greeted at the door. My son was properly measured and then took a test run on the treadmill. From this, a particular type of shoe was recommended. My son runs cross country for his high school and he had been choosing the wrong type of shoe for the past couple years. In addition, his foot measured a size bigger than we would have picked out on our own. It was completely worth our trip to Tulsa to your store. My son got the best shoe for his running style and the correct size! He says the shoes feel great! In addition, there was NO pressure to buy. The sales guy (I wish I could remember his name because he was so helpful!) told us about insoles and socks that you offered but never pressured us. I was impressed! We will definitely recommend your store to others and we will definitely be back!

Helpful, knowledgable staff that go out of their way to assist you. Like the help I received on purchasing bras. Would like to see more plus size. I wear a 14/16 and sadly I can't even get into the xl shorts/pants and sizes go super fast. Would like to see some super cute skirts too!

I had pain in my left foot so bad that I walked with a limp. I am on my feet most days 7 hours out of 8. I have walked 60,000 to over 70,000 steps a week. I am a custodial at our high school here in Inola. Now that I was fitted for shoes at your store on 61st & Yale. I no longer have pain when I have my shoes on. I start back to work on Friday and I have to say I am looking forward to go back to work after being off all summer. I have already took two people to your store and sent one other person. They also are enjoying no pain and like their shoes. Thank you for all you have done for me and my feet.
Upon entering the store, you are greeted with a "Hi." You feel welcome already, and then the Fleet Feet employee asks if there is anything you need help with. If you do need help, he/she knows exactly how to help or get someone who can help or show you where the item is located. The Fleet Feet employees are always nice and willing to help. The store offers everything you could need to get started to walk and run, plus more. Also by having so many experienced runners in one location, you are able to learn SO much, not just about running in races all over the country but how to recover and train smart. I feel prepared to run any distance with the equipment I bought and the knowledge I gained from spending time in the Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa locations.
