We liked the personal attention provided and the answers to our questions. We will go back again and again to purchase walking shoes, etc. We just had one problem, the superfeet insole my husband wanted to "try" was glued into the shoe. He couldn't remove it to put the original insole back in when he had walked several days in the orange ones installed. He is still trying to walk in them since he can't get them out. Otherwise our satisfaction level was wonderful, great saleslady took care of us.
Good running programs and sponsorship of races; results and pictures posted quickly. I love track work out and my favorite part of fleet feet is Judy and Bobby!!! Seriously I'll run in a slower group to just hang with two of them. They are amazing and inspirational and such a wonderful additional to your team. They truly care about each person they interact with.
You didn't ask but one area for improvement is in sales...more serious runners selling shoes or knowledge base training in this area. I recently bought a pair of shoes there and felt the above could have improved my experience and satisfaction.

Thank you for your honest input and I completely agree with you about Bobby and Judy, they are a wonderful hoot! I noticed on your account that you purchased a pair of Newton shoes. This is a VERY new brand to our store and still working on training staff to be comfortable with it. It has some quirks to it and a much different technology than you’ll find in other shoes. We are all about continuing training with all our staff members and use this as a tool to find weak points. We will do some more training with the staff member that helped you that day. Fleet Feet has brands not carried elsewhere. I also needed a neutral shoe so that my orthotics (custom made by my doctor) would fit properly. My sales associate found the right shoe for me in as close to the colors I wanted as possible.

I liked being able to walk on the treadmill and be evaluated. Mallory was extremely helpful and I was very pleased with the tennis shoes I purchased. I also got the super feet insoles and they are great! I will definitely come back and will recommend your store to others:)
