Connor in the Salem shop is particularly terrific with detail and quality of service repair, and VERY helpful with regard to advice.
I think prices on accessories can be a bit on the high side, and the non-refundable deposit required to get a bike in, with their limited stock, is not good customer service. I know of no other bike shop that requires a non-refundable deposit. We have dealt with other shops during the pandemic. Deposits have always been refundable if we didn't end up liking the bike.
