Joe and Caesar (sp) were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. They both put 110% effort into installing my hullavator. They were determined to make it work. They looked info up on computer , called Thule , and checked up stairs for parts needed.
Joe and Caesar were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I Can't say enough good about the 2 young men and my experience .
I would highly recommend to anyone to go to Mystic Cycle Center and ask for Joe and or Caesar. Keep up the great work!!!!

What’s not to like? I came in at the end of the day and received outstanding service. Cesar helped me out quickly changing the tires on my wife’s bike. You have high end, great quality bikes, and smart trainers. The store still has a good selection of accessories. Plus you have a great staff, that are eager to help you. Plus they are very knowledgeable witch also helps.

Their staff are friendly, amazing and knowledgeable! We came in the other day to look at electric e bikes and they asked us if we wanted to test drive it and we did! They have a great variety of bikes to choose from. My overall experience with customer service is amazing! Thank you mystic cycle centre for being awesome!
