Doug D. was so helpful and warm. Your shop was the second I visited and the difference between the two was significant. Even though inventory is low, I could tell Doug wanted to help me buy a bike. He was very generous with his encouragement that I try the bike and in addition to giving me helpful advice throughout my "test run," he also talked with my husband about things I might notice as I ride more. Doug also helped me buy a helmet and out was obvious that he knew how to advise me in this area, too. He was very thorough. My experience at Mystic Cycle was excellent.
