Mystic Cycle is a throw back in time- the staff is all about cycling and customer service. The staff that I have met- Joe, Chris, Shawn and obviously Rick (have known for years) were all very helpful when purchasing my bike last July, with follow up adjustments, with recommending accessories and then working on my sons bike.
