Brought my bike in for a kickstand. The technician was polite and promptly took care of my needs and even did some quick tuning of the shifter gears and looked over the rest of the bike at no extra charge! Will definitely bring my bike back here when it needs to be serviced.

Excellent knowledge of products yet went above and beyond to find parts for a scooter I needed fixed and turned up. A slight problem was noted with the handbrake when I came to get the scooter and the employee insisted it be fixed for before I left. The handbrake was adjusted in minutes. I was greeted by 3 employees as I entered the store. Very professional! I love to support local stores, and customer service is important to me, this is a great store.
