Fast dependable and friendly service
I received a new trainer as a gift. I tried setting it up myself. But it required more tools and expertise than I possess. I called places local to me and they told me it would be a complicated process requiring me to buy a bunch of new parts. I decided to try Mystic. They set me up using my bike and existing parts for about $30. Well worth the drive.
My first time being in the store, I thought it looked immaculate. Very well set up, clean, and organized. I loved seeing all the bicycles hanging from the ceiling. I was immediately helped upon walking in with my bike for repair. All employees were kind and attentive. The process was simple enough to get it squared away. Price-wise, I have nothing to compare to, but the process was done well and quickly. I hope to return soon for more repairs on my old bike and see about some apparel. Thank you for the great service!
