Excellent customer service! Store employees actually use the products, so they have intimate knowledge of what they sell. If a product is questionable, they simply won’t push it.Some employees actually lend their own equipment to help with product displays.

I like the knowledgeable, friendly employees that work at Mystic Cycle. They are very involved in their community and go beyond being just an area bike shop.

They collaborate with other area businesses and have added new products to their lineup. I would highly recommend anyone who is an avid cyclist or newly interested in cycling to check them out!

Great crew at the shop. I like hanging out with Chris, Sean, Joe, and the rest of the staff. Of course, Raya and Hank are awesome too. I’m just meeting Regan and Allie but I’m sure they’re gonna be awesome.

You guys are great. Recommendations for service and replacements are accurate and honest. I had planned to replace my chain but was advised not to since it showed no stretch. You also found a part that I was looking for that is unique to the Sirrus bikes mfr’d in 2016 & 17 only. Thanks for your work, I’ll keep coming back.
