My wife and I bought a peloton and we’re looking to purchase cycling shoes. The staff at mystic cycle center were very friendly and courteous. Being new to the sport they took the time to make sure we got the right shoe trying on multiple pairs before finding the perfect pair. Unfortunately they didn’t have a pair that my wife was comfortable with so they took her over to the computer to see if she could find a pair online. With months of lead time on shipping due to corona virus they even recommended different stores in the area to try. They never pushed any products we didn’t want on us and we’re very patient while serving us. There was not a staff member that didn’t stop and say hello to us and make sure we were being helped. We thank the staff at mystic cycle center and will be back with all our cycling needs.

When I spoke with someone on the phone and visited the store, service was excellent. I would have scored a 10 on this survey if someone had taken the time to return my call. When I was first looking to purchase the bicycle, I called and got the answering machine where I was encouraged to leave a message. Nobody returned my call. Luckily, I called back, but if I had not it would have been a lost $900+ sale for Mystic Cycle center

Great service. Came in with new spoke and wavy wheel and you guys were able to fit me in that day and turn it around it like an hour. Regan and the other mechanic were super nice and helpful. tell em thanks again.
