I felt that I was at an Indy 500 pitstop the way two of the employees jumped on switching out the stem on my bike for a shorter one and adjusting my handlebars. They were so very friendly and efficient. I could not believe I was leaving the shop within 30 minutes with my problem solved. Needless to say I was extremely pleased.

Even though I came in for a spoke and some tools to replace it myself, when the team saw that they did not have the cassette removal tool, they offered to loosen it up and tighten it later on free of charge. As a former bicycle mechanic myself, this is the kind of small scale generosity that goes a long way to building committed customers.
