The mechanic did a fantastic job troubleshooting my DI2 shifting system. I also appreciated the inspection he did of my bicycle crank and informing me of the crack in it. Also getting it replaced as part of the voluntary recall was most welcome. I am very happy with the services I received from Mystic Cycle. I would recommend them to anyone requiring bike services.

I really appreciated the loaner for my travel that you were able to make happen at the last minute. Face it, things go haywire at the most inopportune times - that's a fact of life that we all have to shoulder.
