Just had a complete overhaul done on my vintage trek Madon. Mike was amazing to work with from the very first conversation I had with him to the final delivery. Not sure which mechanic rebuilt my baby but it rides better than it has in over a decade! Thank you to a wonderful team of professional pleasant and easy to work with cycle heads. I was a life long customer when Bob and Rich own MCC and am pleased to see the quality and personal touch has remained true through the new owners. A big shout out and thank you! Worth the drive from Old Lyme.

Knowledgeable staff, super helpful from the bike decision to the "what you need to know" by the maintenance staff. Having the maintenance bays right on the floor inspires a lot of confidence in the mechanics. The location is great, the store is clean with good inventory to browse... All around excellent experience.

I was very surprised (PLEASANTLY!) that ??? (Sorry, forgot his name) looked at AND serviced my mou tain bike on the spot! I figured I'd have to drop it off, and PLEAD to have it back in 2 days for a group ride in RI! Great experience (as always)!

Service was quick and friendly! I walked in for an unscheduled tune up for my daughter's bike and the staff was great.

My twin 12yr old boys and I were given excellent customer service when walking in to learn about mountain bikes. We spent over 2 hours with the salesman and it was from start to finish an A plus experience. He was patient, informative, helpful, and just went above & beyond to make the purchase of their first mountain bikes memorable. We were able to ride different bikes for comparison which was great. The assembly team worked quickly and my sons have been riding every day since pick up. I can’t thank you all enough!

Great knowledge and service

I came in to pick-up a rack for use with my pickup. The store was busy (congrats) but the product was ready when I arrived. I also asked for 2 new inner tubes for my bikes and the team behind the busy service area was all of it for me. Thanks. I used to cycle a bunch when I was younger and my partner and I are beginning to take our bikes with us when we travel for some exercise and sightseeing when we travel. See you soon - if this works out maybe a couple new bikes!!!
