Outstanding is all i can say, I wanted a bike to cruise around with my wife. I spoke Michael and had a great talk on the phone, next day went down and met Chris. we checked out the bike I was looking for, Michael went over everything with me, I went around the parking lot to ensure a proper fit. Ceaser helped me with accessories like lights and a kickstand. While checking out with Ceaser, Chris checked the bike in the service area one last time. Everything went super smooth and pleasant. I bought a Trek Dual Sport 3 Gen 5 and couldn't be happier with the bike, the transaction, and the overall experience with Mystic Cycle Centre. Great bunch of people to work with! Cheers guys

Caesar was very helpful finding me a bike...and Chris was (as always with his experience) a terrific help getting my new bike set up perfectly! I was a great runner at one time in college. I was hurt badly and.was told to go get on a bike othewise I would be on a cain in my mid 40's. I bought my bike there and this bike as been the best bike I've ever had. I've come back to where I can run and use my bike to cross train when I start to feel it? Plus, I bring my bike in for service and what they say is what you get. Keep up the good work guys! I Highly recommend this place for people coming back from injuries. Because they give you the right bike and they care....
