Under most circumstances they will address your issues or concerns right away There may be times when the repair is to involved. An appointment can be made which is very reasonable.

I brought my bike in to change over to tubeless set up. I wasn’t expecting the work to be done immediately. They were able to complete the job in a few minutes as I waited. The technician (forgot his name) also gave helpful hints as he worked on the bike. I felt very taken care of and would recommend to anyone.

Walked in with an old Motobecane bike I picked up at the Stonington transfer station on Greenhaven road. The tires were flat, and the valves required an adapter. ( i haven't cycled in over 20 years, so I'm kinda not up on this new stuff).Chris, the technician, was a great help. Actually everyone there were knowledgeable and friendly. Chris re pressurized the tires, checked the shifting mechanisms, chain for stretch, etc. Set me up with an adapter for the valve.
The cycle turned out to be pretty puff, it is the "Cafe Noir" model, 27 speed, circa early 2000's.
