Friendly people who are always happy to help. Anticipatory guidance is offered, letting me know what things are happening with my bike that will need attention in the future. I like that.

My son and I wanted to hit the trails but his bike was shifting funny and skipping. We were in and out in 15 minutes, no appointment, and they looked pretty slammed with all but 1 bike stand open. I appreciate the quick turnaround.
