This was my first time at your bike shop. I'm in my mid 50'S and I was looking to get back into riding bikes to help me get back into shape. I had done some research on my own prior to going to the shop and had some ideas as what I wanted to look at. I was very surprised at the volume of inventory you have for bikes on the showroom floor and supply of parts that were available in shop. I was greeted promptly by Ryann Fish when I entered the shop, and she asked me what I was looking for and what my plan was for riding. She has a tremendous knowledge of all the products in the store and really listened to me and explained to me all the options that were available. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and professionalism of Ryann. I ended up buying a Trek Marlin 6 and the bike is everything I was looking for.

Love the friendly knowledgeable crew at Mystic Cycle Center. My Homegrown Schwinn Mountainbike gets well taken care of by these guys/ladies. I have bought bike shoes, bike lights, bike gloves, socks, etc and are all top-notch quality.
