My bike is unique (a Watson) and a new SRAM chain ring for my bike was hard to find. But they tracked one down for me on eBay and my bike was ready on time! I bought my Watson from it’s creator who worked at Mystic Cycle Center before going on to designing and creating other amazing stuff. But even after he left and the shop changed hands we always buy and get work done at Mystic Cycle Centre. It’s our shop. We trust them and they always come through!
I had a bike that I had bought about 5 years ago had some dry rot tires and a rusty chain. The tech was able to get me back on the road within a couple hours.

I rate a 10 because communication was on point during my bike buying process with your shop and Specialized. I got to know your staff a bit more, and was pleased to see how respectful and knowledgeable everyone was. The bike was assembled correctly, and before I knew it, I was out the door with my new bike. All of the staff are good listeners and friendly. I will recommend Mystic Cycle Center to all friends, family, and co workers.
