always call to let me know when they are coming. They are quick to return when or if a problem arises- good customer service. We have recommended Bug Master to our neighbors.

Techs are well versed in the services and treatments needed for the properties they service for me.
I kept getting messages scheduling appointments, then they wouldn't show up, and a few days later I'd get another message. When I called, I was told that they had to cancel due to weather, but no one told me this and I can't tell when they've been there. I had to keep taking my dogs to work with me. Then someone finally showed up last week and today I received another email message scheduling an appointment today. I'm at work and my dogs are home. It's just a computer glitch I guess, but otherwise I think Bug Master is great.

You email the appointment date and time of arrival ahead of time and come when you say. Men are courteous, very business like, punctual and do their job. Couldn't ask for more.

Actually send out reminder emails, calls or cards like you are supposed to. Luckily I was home this time, but I don't like not being notified when my technician is coming to spray.

Everything! I made the mistake of switching to another service about a year ago and it was a legitimate NIGHTMARE. I immediately switched back to bugmaster and I have never been happier. You guys are always on time, always polite and friendly, answer any questions I have and ask specific questions about the type and whereabouts of bugs in the house/yard. The service itself is wonderful! We have only seen a few ants since we signed up and those were taken care of immediately. I would never use another service, you guys are the cat's pajamas!

I was supposed to be given a month notice for my appointment. I received an email on Friday for a Tuesday appointment. Had to reschedule. Next appointment was a month later. No problem there. We will see next time if my appointment is scheduled correctly. If it isn't , I will be hiring a new company. Common courtesy should not have to be begged for!!!!!!
From several years of being a Bugmaster client for my two houses, I know that what makes The Bugmaster tops in this industry is the well trained and personable techs. In this case it was Kyle. He is more than our exterminator, he is family. He knows our house, our concerns and he takes excellent care of us. On top of that, he knows us and shows concern for our health and well being. That is the perfect formula that makes The Bugmaster an A+ company.
