Prompt service when you need it. Technicians do a good job and are easy to work with. Office personnel are good to work with, also. I've been a customer for 10 years and I only had one complaint and that one was addressed quickly.

the technician did not spray the outside of the house with the pressure hose as he usually does. I don't know if it was too cold or not, but it was not done, and I was charged for it.
Quick response, knowledgable technicians, tech actively searched for the source of our issue. Have not had a problem with wasps in the house since. The previous company I was with never searched our attic, or around our home, they just sprayed around the outside of our home and on the third call they gave us a can of bug spray. Bug Master technician searched, sprayed inside and out, even our attic. I've recommended Bug Master to my next door neighbor and they will be setting up a service call soon.
