certainly I'm a loyal customer, but know I'm not the only one who gets prioritized when a big race is calling. you all are knowledgable and create a great enthusiast environment.
I'm sure uninitiated folks who just walk in could be intimidated by the enthusiast crowd or the busyness, but I always see folks of all stripes getting helped, and any referrals I have sent in never have negative experiences (or they know I won't listen!). I also saw I "I bought this bike online, started making it, and now I'm "f-d" guy walk in", and George was completely helpful, not preachy, said they'd take it over and offered the "60 day checkup" as part of it as well.
I'm sure the new building will help create a space that when the gang is hanging out the walk-ins are less likely to be intimidated. I"m comfortable walking in, but we are all big personalities!
You can count on George, Katie and Craig to do the job on time and correct They always are looking out for your best interest.

I appreciate a locally owned and operated family bike shop that takes the time to get to know their customers. They have a first rate selection of bikes, and really assisted me in making my first purchase of a higher-quality bike very successful. I went from RBS straight to the Dragon Trail in Newaygo County for a terrific first ride! Highly recommended.
