Having worked many years in the bicycle retail industry I know a good bike shop when I see one. These guys are the best in west Michigan. They have a well seasoned staff. Their demeanor is professional but friendly. Rockford's product lines cover a wide range for every level of rider. If they don't have what you need in stock they are glad to order it for you. Rockford Bike Shop is my bicycle go to.
