Fast turn around. Knowledgeable service. Friendly atmosphere. Thought my derailleur was bent. Turned out it was made that way to accommodate the gear range. Adjusted the AXS shifting.
The team at RBS were professional, courteous, and chill. Nothing arrogant or high pressure about any of the staff. Even though they could not work on my particular bike I had brought in, they treated me with professional courtesy and even went the extra mile to recommend me to a local competitor of theirs that could.

Bike runs great, did everything I expected and the services were explained to me beforehand. I'm not a bike expert so the only thing it would've been nice is if someone gave me a detailed breakdown of everything that was done. What did they tune up, what did yall fix, what was wrong if anything? Other than that outstanding stuff I will be back.
