I like the convenience and prompt shuttle service. I like that I did not have to far at all after parking before the shuttle came by and picked us up, and similarly the shuttle drops you off right by your car on the return trip. It’s also super easy to check in and out just by scanning the QR code in the app.
Organized, efficient and friendly
It is convent to just park there but only thing I dislike is that it does take time for them to pick you up from your car to take you to the airport.
Scheduling for "The Parking Spot" was relatively easy. The ease of parking, shuttle to/from CMH, and knowing my car is safe puts my mind at ease when traveling.
