It is very convenient for me and very easy.
I have had very positive experiences with helpful drivers (e.g. Brian this past trip) . Ease of parking. The main draw back has been the delay in pick up. It seems other services have more frequent bus pickups. I have waited for about 30 minutes for a pick up, and on a return trip one is anxious to get to their car.

Super convenient! I always purchase my parking ahead of time and get my QR code emailed to me. I just pull up the day of, scan and park them hop on the shuttle all in about 5 minutes. You can’t beat that!!
At lot, drivers take luggage from trunk of car to shuttle for you. Upon return, shuttle caused very little wait time. Then drivers drop you off right at your car.
