Overall happy. Price is fair. It takes too long for pickup at the airport. The pickup spot is not clearly marked and there are many different off site pickup vans in the same area. People are confused about the west sparking spot pickup and the south parking spot pickup.

I am glad you have improved your pick up time once the car is parked. It used to take a long time. Thank you for that. The pick up at Terminal C can use some improvement. The other day 8 shuttles from the PS # 2 passed before the PS1 arrived. Nevertheless, thank you for continuing to improve your efficiency.
