The Parking Spot on Sepulveda is a very convenient parking structure. They offer great rates and easy entry and exit. They are located right next to an In-N-Out which makes it easy to grab a bite before heading to the airport or picking something up on your way home. I’ve never had any problems when I’ve parked here.

Friendly drivers and quick service. When I returned to Dallas and was walking toward the shuttle, I noticed the driver (Abebe) shut the doors and started driving off. The driver saw me say "well crap" and stopped immediately to let me (and another family) onto the shuttle. The fact that he was paying attention and was gracious enough to stop and let us on goes above and beyond what I expected. He saved me from sitting in the heat and humidity, waiting for the next shuttle to arrive.
Pretty much everything. The way the self check-in and check-out is QR codes (but there are employees on-site to help new users) is efficient and superb. The frequent shuttles picking me up at and returning me to my parking spot is very user-friendly. The cost is competitive while the ease of use is exceptional.
The buses are always available to pick you up at the self parking lot as well as at the airport.

The service was really nice. I am someone who arrives early to the airport so I didn’t really worry about the shuttle taking long. Regardless, the shuttles do move pretty quickly. My car was in a good spot and when I got back everything looked fine.
