Parking spot 3 is very close and so easy to access off I 70 it makes it quick and easy. We have always had good luck with busses at lot pick up and airport pick up.

Easy to book, easy to get the shuttle, love being able to park and not depend on others to take us. Some drivers are more helpful with taking our bags on and off and some just stay in their seat and wait for us to get on. This time the driver was very helpful and friendly!

Love the typically fast pick up at car to drop off at the airport and return to car (typical is no wait at lot 1 premium).

Our last trip we had to wait about 10 minutes on lot 1 premium - driver saw us standing by car after dropping off at Lot 2 and he said that the gate attendant must have missed us (and another car) that came through the gate as there was no call over the walkie talkie system. This, I expect, was a one-time problem as service has been outstanding over multiple times/years using your parking.
