I’ve been using The Parking Spot for both business and personal travel, and they consistently deliver excellent service. The lot is spacious, with convenient covered parking options. Their drivers are always friendly and courteous—they pick you up right at your vehicle, assist with loading your luggage, and drop you off directly at the entrance of your airline terminal. Returning home is just as smooth: the pickup area is easy to access, and a shuttle is always nearby. Very close, great location, great staff

Access to washroom great at the location and touchless to drive in and out - agents at the gate checking if we need ride and missed one and ready to call for. Ride. This is really important and impressed myself.

The only thing is pick up. It would to be easier if there was a betterer marked place for pick up at airport. To ease confusion

employees were polite and helpful, I had trust that the car would be fine as I traveled and the shuttle would be a welcome ride back from the airport because we were getting in late at night.

We absolutely love the ease of this parking lot. The shuttle service is super easy to get when you return from your trip. We will always use The Parking Spot whenever we can!

Both of the lots are convenient. The South lot is clearly more economical. The north lot has gotten prohibitively expensive.
