Drivers are courteous and professional.
Usually buses are available when parking but sometime you have to wait for them to pick up customers at the airport. I like being about to make reservations but I made a reservation recently and upon an 6 hour early arrivaly they charged me for the full reservation. I would like to see it prorated.
