I hope you guys pay the drivers. It is back breaking work in the hot Texas weather. Although I tipped them well, I felt they deserve a good salary.

You should make some arrange to allow us to tip them using a credit card. None of us carry any cash anymore.

You pick us up at our car, give us a ticket with our parking slot number on it, then drop us off at our car when we return.

We also like the app that shows where the pick up vans are when we're waiting to be shuttled back to the parking lot

Great service very very early in the morning. I always have a delay getting my QR code set to enter the parking lot; maybe registering a license plate to be read by a scanner coming into the lot would help congestion when there is not a lot of distance between the gate and a busy street.

My only concern is parking for larger vehicles. I have a pick up truck and most of the spaces are fairly tight for maneuvering a large vehicle. Is there an area designated for larger vehicles?
