It was easy peasy ~ Using the QR code used to be worrisome, but now I use it with no problem. The parking is easy, the shuttle bus is right there, the driver is helpful and polite, and picking up at the end of the trip is just as smooth as the beginning. Thank you

I needed a secure place to park my car and was generally very satisfied with the whole experience.
I parked in the covered parking and loved returning to my car in the same condition as when I left it.
I do have one suggestion that would have made my experience better. It was extremely dark and I would have felt more comfortable having the area lighted. Although I used the lights on my car, there seemed to be no effect. Upon returning, I had an issue finding my keys (that were in a pocket in my purse) and the flashlight on my phone finally helped me locate them. It was a frantic moment.
Also, in general, it was just a strange experience to be in such a dark space, loading/unloading luggage, entering/exiting the car, etc.
I will use the services again when necessary. Thanks for considering my suggestion.
it’s so easy to use the app to secure reasonably priced airport parking, you have multiple options for pricing and payment and options to get a car wash too. as soon as we pulled into the parking space, a shuttle very quickly approached us to take us to the airport. the driver was friendly and helped us secure our luggage for the ride. I highly recommend using the parking spot when you travel by plane.
