Close to the airport. Facility is clean and well organized. Love that the shuttle driver gives you a card with your parking space on it so when you return you give it back and get dropped off right by your vehicle. Easy in and out.

I made a reservation for 5 days without any problems and got a AAA discount. I was in and out very quickly with no problems and pick up from the airport was very prompt.

Love the new wider parking spots! Appears pick-up and drop-off transport is quicker, seems transport buses are always standing at the airport and quick to pick-up in the lot. Improved attitude with most drivers and more are willing to help with baggage.

Drivers are on time and courteous. I had issue getting out of the parking lot on my return home, I was able to reach a live agent without any problem. Both agents were pleasant to talk to, and solve the issue. Thank you for great service.

Covered parking, shuttle service. Ease in scheduling, checking in and checking out.

Great price. Quick shuttle service. I took an earlier flight than my reservation was for & the shuttle picked me up promptly at the airport to return me to my car. I used the app & the "find my shuttle" for airport pick up. I will say I was nervous about that because I was unable to contact anyone via phone to make them aware I would be arriving earlier than planned.

You guys have did a great job on the property, since Park N Fly. I want to also thank you guys for having a tire inflator to pump up our rear tire. We arrived back to Cleveland from a 7 day cruise at 4:00 am.Thank God it was only a slow leak, and the tire inflated.
