I suggest that you have a sign that states your name on it so passengers know which shuttle stop to stand at.
Also a telephone number to call for pick up would be helpful too on the parking spot card, even though you may or may not have the app.

Easy check-in and more challenging at checkout. There were two people in the booth and neither offered to help us when we had trouble reaching the scanner to scan the credit card. I liked the map showing where the driver was at pickup. The app worked well.

We like the spacious parking spaces and also being able to self park our car. Shuttles take us to the correct terminal and drop us off at the Precheck security gates. It all works out well for us.

Getting in and out of this lot is a breeze. There’s always covered parking available, which is a huge plus. The staff is extremely friendly, and I love that they leave water in my car when I get back from a trip. Small touch, but it makes a difference!
Fast and efficient drop off and pick up of my car for the valet service. The employees for all phases of this business are top notch and very helpful. Although I usually purchase a parking package at a hotel near the airport, I will use the Parking Spot again when local hotels are too full for parking (as was the case during this visit in June 2026).
