Easy pick up and drop off
I like the convenience of parking and having someone know exactly where to pick me up so that I can get over to the Airport quickly. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to Charlotte, and sometimes there is traffic, I always leave to give myself 2 hours, but even this can still run me behind, due to traffic. That, being said, I did have an issue 5/1/26, where I had to call and tell them that I was waiting for a pick up, as it was more than 10 minutes after I arrived, and no one picked me up. 2 buses passed me by, but did not stop. I had stopped into the building to use the restroom, prior to parking, so maybe that had something to do with it. Otherwise, it's always a quick turnaround. One other thing: I often have issues checking out, for some reason, my QR Code seems to have issues. On several occasions, the attendant has been outside the booth talking to other employees, and I have had to try and get their attention to get help, or they see a line backing up, then come over. I think sometimes probably, there is a "lull" in activity, then all of a sudden, it's super busy. Not a deal breaker, but just need to remain aware of what is happening. Otherwise, I am happy with the service. I appreciate the courtesy of the majority of the drivers and always tip WHEN they handle my bags for me, as I am getting up there in age, and it is becoming more and more tedious to this!
