I can't emphasize enough what a delight it was to use The Parking Spot. The drivers taking us to the airport and returning us to our car were outstanding! They were friendly and cheerful. Quick to grab our luggage and put it on the bus. Equally quick to retrieve the luggage and put it on the sidewalk. The bus driver taking us to the airport made a helpful suggestion. Take a picture of our ticket that tells them where our car is located. That ticket was easier to find on my phone. I also like being picked up and dropped off by our car. We will always use The Parking Spot.
We have used Parking Spot North several times and each time the service was excellent. As soon as I parked our vehicle for airport departure, the shuttle bus arrived promptly at our parking spot and the driver helped us load our bags. No need to walk with our bags to a shuttle bus pickup location. Upon our late night return from our trip, we quickly found the Parking Spot North shuttle at the airport and were promptly returned to our vehicle in the parking lot.

Nice and easy to park, get picked up and then taken over to check in and catch my flight. Same for the return trip. I appreciate that they load/unload my luggage from their van. Highly recommend!
