Everything went smoothly and I like the value and convenience of.

We booked Uncovered but were redirected to Uncovered within Covered parking lot. At the time of Exit (10pm?), POS terminal checkout thought we parked under Covered and overcharging us even though we already paid in full and parked correctly.

Steven Flores was on duty at the time. He helped clear the matter swiftly and professionally.

That man (our driver) was wonderful! From the minute he picked us up at the Atlanta airport til the time he dropped us off at the lot he engaged us in conversation, very nice gentleman! He also would not let us touch our bags offering to do all the work himself.
We don’t fly often but would definitely want him as our driver every time we do use the off airport lots!
