Like I said ladies were clean well lit and easy to navigate.
The other thing I love is that on the parking spot app you can actually see where the pickup shuttles are and when they're arriving to you next.

I love the convenience and service. Pickup at car is wonderful and pickup at terminal is timely. The drivers are both helpful and respectful.
* The only issue is, on the trip back from the terminal, there was no QR code posted to send the driver a tip and several people did not have cash so he did not get the tip those customers wanted to give.
