Service, price and the staff
I felt like this time around was better. Maybe because we did not have to wait in a long line to get the shuttle back to our vehicle. Last time we waited to long and the line did not make sense. There was a little bit better signs showing which location was picking up. That probably helped.
Friendly and attentive

Conveience
My past experience both ends of the service was quick. Getting to the airport from parking spot and from airport to parking spot.
I was considering another option before this last trip because on a previous trip I spent a lot of time riding around on the bus going to the new lot you acquired picking up customers even though I was in covered parking.
Another issue, on two occasions a car is in line to enter facility and for whatever reason decides not to park in facility They cannot just easily leave. The attendant had to open another lane to let customers in but I was blocked in by cars behind me and customers arriving after me get in and on a bus before me. Very frustrating.
