I like that they pick you up and drop you off at your car if you have covered parking.
I don't like that they know when people are showing up but don't have shuttles running. We stood for almost 20 mimutes and when they showed up people were trying to rush the line and many could not get on. There was not another bus on the way to the airport so who knows how long they stood there.
Many of the drivers are whipping around corners and accelerating and braking so fast it is uncomfortable to ride the shuttles most times.
