Frequent shuttle to and from airport

I always like the quickness of moving through the process and getting to your airline door. I really wish you can have a sign at the pickup area outside baggage claim. It seems hit or miss where the shuttle will stop. We almost missed it, but I ran (I’m 72 btw) so we didn’t miss it. It was 3AM and a very long delayed flight. We needed to get home.

Great service except you need to change the exit qr reader. Very slow to work!!!

Easy in, easy out. Safe, covered parking area.

We're usually delighted with the service, being picked up within minutes of when we've parked. That was not the case this time, perhaps due to a high volume of traffic to and from the airport then. Since it was a Thursday afternoon, we didn't expect anything like that due to our past experience. Due to the heat is was a bit more challenging, but all worked out okay.

Also, I accidentally left a cup of coffee on the ground by my car on Wednesday to unload luggage. When I returned on to get car, coffee was still there! A little disappointing

Efficient safe transportation

Valet is the way to go. App is great! Service is also great. Only complaint is that upon arrival, we weren't sure how to form the line for the bus... so such instruction being clear would be less stressful

I use the parking spot in Nashville every week. Over the years I’ve become friends with guys like Paul Sloan and Matt Taylor who are just exemplary employees. In addition, I recently parked there and left $40 cash in my front seat like an idiot. Before I even got to the terminal, I received a phone call and we picked a spot for them to stash the money. I never got the name Of the guy but if you call the place they could probably tell you. It is so nice that you have good honest people working there. I love the parking spot BNA!
