The Parking Spot is such a convenient and affordable option for CLE airport parking. I love that parking rows are assigned at check-in, the bus pulls up almost immediately, and the driver always helps with loading and unloading luggage. Great staff!

This week was better at pickup and drop offs than the few weeks before. Not sure why when we check in that the office staff put us in rows that are already full instead of rows that are not. Numbers for Premium need to be stated better--if you happen to go into a side that is not where they think you should be the drivers get a little miffed and kind of upset you parked there. Has happened a couple of times if I happen to be in a b in stead of an a row.

I appreciate that the buses come very quickly, both when arriving at the parking lot and when we return at the airport. The drivers are all very courteous. I also appreciate the free parking day bonuses, as we are a frequent user of your facility.

Fast pick up
The van is almost instant to get to the airport. To get back is usually a short wait. I gave you a 9 because the last time I had to wait for a second van which totaled 45 minutes.

This is the only place we use when we fly out of DFW and have to park our car because we usually use covered parking and you guys always take us to our car and help us unload and load our luggage when flying in and out of DFW Airport

Easy to use and car is safe while we're gone
The lot was packed but an attendant in the tower helped us find available spots, the shuttle was at our spot immediately. When we arrived home the shuttle was at the airport waiting. Very convenient and timely. Staff was very friendly
