Parking for my flight out of ATL was very easy, and shuttle service to my terminal was ready to pick me up as soon as I parked. The drivers were very pleasant and friendly. A wonderful experience. I will be using no Parking Spot Fly again!

Your bus was waiting for us when we got off the plane on Saturday night at 10pm. The only problem we had was when as the driver was dropping off clients the wrong bag was given out. Thus when we got to our stop one of our parties bags was missing. When we read the name on the odd bag a person on the bus knew him and had his #!!! What luck! We called him and he came back and met us and the bus with his bag at the front gate. Driver and person at the front gate were very helpful. What would we have done if that person on the bus didn’t have his #??

Drivers that help with bags, quick pick up after parking because sometimes driving can get delayed so time to catch the flight can be tight and TSA lines can be long.

Don't like when we now have to walk such a long distance for pick up and on Monday two Blue Dot vans were sitting in the pick up area. By the time me and 9 other people were walking toward the vans and waving our hands to wait, both left and we all had to wait about 15 minutes or longer until another van arrived. WHY did they both leave and they hardly had anyone on the vans!

The shuttles are always accessible when I need them. The app helps to track shuttles when needed. The drivers for the most part are helpful, always helping with luggage on and off the shuttle. Drivers are always courteous.
