I appreciate the ease of reserving a spot, the timeliness of the shuttle drivers, and easy exit.
Easy to use and reliable transportation to and from the airport
Our flight arrived 5 hours late and Spot was there for us at 1 a.m. in the morning. Thanks Spot garage!
Fast, friendly and convenient. Great option for elderly that don't want to worry about dealing with Atlanta airport parking. Let The Parking Spot drop you off at your car.
Efficient and friendly
Convenience and courtesy
Pick up at car, help with bags, drop off at car, friendly and helpful drivers
We can always count on The Parking Spot to provide a secure, safe space for our vehicle when we travel. Shuttle drivers are on time and very friendly and helpful.

Ease of getting into and out of airport
Close to the airport, easy access off the highway, good app, good transfer to Apple Wallet, and good people - oh - and the complimentary water bottles upon exit!
Transportation picked us up and dropped us off quickly. And the carwash.
Easy park and go, the one negative is the return is a wait on the bus
The bus is ready when we get out of our car. I also like getting a card to know where we parked.
Price is fair
Service is great

very convenient.
The parking spot was very nice. Entering and leaving were super smooth. The shuttle drivers were both so attentive and nice. I travel with my 19-month-old and a stroller. Two suitcases. And felt supported and helped all the way. The best experience. Also the price is fair.
great shuttle service and ticket to record parking space
I appreciate covered parking for long trips. Ease of travel between airport and parking lot is top notch. Helpfulness from drivers is excellent.
Excellent customer service
Easy booking. Easy in and out.
We like your service but you need more shuttles for airport pickup upon return flights. Had to wait for 4th shuttle in a very long line at midnight. Not good.
Very organized and extremely efficient in both to and from. The Valet service is top notch. Down load their app and when you arrive back at the airport, just let them know are coming to get your car and it will be waiting for you when you arrive at the parking garage.
Very easy and close to airport
Parking is convenient and I don't worry about the safety of my car being left when out of town. Service is realiable, friendly and courteous. Thank you.
It is very easy to schedule and it allows you to not have to go near the airport in your car. The drivers are always very nice and professional. The cost is not bad either.
It is convenient, easy, affordable. I like the covered parking. The staff and drivers are always friendly and helpful.
Ease of accesss, short wait time for the bus to collect at your car and at the terminal, price is acceptable when using prepay and/or discounts offered by The Parking Spot. The new covered facility is very nice.
