The app is sometimes easy to get in and out of. I had some trouble recently switching credit cards but otherwise the shuttles come on time especially when it’s dark outside. I fly out every week and leave first thing in the morning. The staff is great. They cheer up my day, no matter what time I show up.
It was very easy to park at your location. The driver was very nice and picked us up quickly. The only thing that I would like to see a little change with is when it’s raining. It was pouring when we came home. It would have been nice if driver would have dropped us off with his door on the same side as our vehicle so we didn’t have to exit his vehicle in the pouring rain, walk around the front of his vehicle to get to ours. We were soaked!
I will use the Parking Spot again when we travel.
