It was a very easy process to get in and out of the airport because of the bus service you provide. The buses were prompt when picking me up from the parking lot area and the bus drivers were very courteous and helped me get my bags in and off the bus each time.
The drivers pick you up at your car almost immediately after you park. They are always friendly and helpful. There is not much wait time to get picked up after your flight.

Parking Spot is always open; someone is always at the gate; shuttle drivers are aware of incoming patrons and are usually at their car to help with luggage almost as soon as they are parked. Each driver has been helpful and courteous - always. Drop off is convenient to patron's airline. Pickup at the airport is usually prompt and carry-back to the parking lot is handled efficiently. I have always felt safe with the security protocols in place. A+
Your service is usually suburb but this year we waited 45 minutes to board a shuttle. We waited at door 8 which was on our ticket but the drivers kept pulling up to door 7. We couldn’t get on because people were getting in front of us. There were so many people out there you didn’t know who was waiting for what. They should have lines you get into for different shuttles so you don’t have people butting in front of you. Of course, if the driver would of pulled up to door 8, this would of all been avoided.
