Parking Spot is always open; someone is always at the gate; shuttle drivers are aware of incoming patrons and are usually at their car to help with luggage almost as soon as they are parked. Each driver has been helpful and courteous - always. Drop off is convenient to patron's airline. Pickup at the airport is usually prompt and carry-back to the parking lot is handled efficiently. I have always felt safe with the security protocols in place. A+
Your service is usually suburb but this year we waited 45 minutes to board a shuttle. We waited at door 8 which was on our ticket but the drivers kept pulling up to door 7. We couldn’t get on because people were getting in front of us. There were so many people out there you didn’t know who was waiting for what. They should have lines you get into for different shuttles so you don’t have people butting in front of you. Of course, if the driver would of pulled up to door 8, this would of all been avoided.

The location is not close to where I live, but was easy to navigate to. It was easy to scan to get in, and a great parking spot was available without me having to drive the whole lot to find it. I wished the shuttle drive had given me the ticket at the airport instead of my passenger, but he was nice and very helpful. It took more than a little while for the return shuttle, but the driver was courteous and took me to my car immediately. I liked the convenience of not having to park at the airport and struggle to get to the airline, and the shuttle took all of that stress away. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very convenient to LAX; the lot is very secure; the drivers are pros, navigate the traffic and help with bags.
Easy to book and pay online. The shuttles are always available within 5-10 minutes. Drivers are friendly and efficient. Parking is safe. We always valet, so when we retrieve our bags, we call for pickup and the shuttle shows up quickly and pir car is ready as soon as we pull into their lot

It was easy and quick! Loved the covered option and that we got dropped off right at our terminal. Y’all also do a great job of tracking arrivals to make sure we get picked up and dropped off at our vehicles in a timely manner. Everyone was great and happy!
