During this holiday weekend when I traveled there were enough shuttles going back and forth to the airport which made for a prompt gate arrival versus other times when there were so many stops on the way to my gate that I parked at remote south the next two times to avoid the stress of being late

Ease of entering and leaving. Fast service. Rarely no wait time. Friendly drivers The only concern is to please remove the spider webs. Many are so huge and have spiders with sacks on them. I have parked at the WEST location before because this one was full and the spider webs aren’t like here.
Easy to schedule and/or modify reservations, easy check-out and love the bottled water.
I like how quickly I am picked up from my car or the airport. The Spot always seems to have a shuttle nearby. So I never need to wait. Lately I've been getting the car wash as well, and it's great to come home to a clean car!

The convenience and ease of the parking and pickup process.
The convenience of parking and waiting right at the car for the shuttle is great. My kids love looking for the polka dotted shuttle! My only complaint was the wait at the airport. After our arrival back in Pittsburgh we waited for a good amount of time for the shuttle to return. There was a group of 11 of us with 5 kids so everyone was on the verge of collapse but we made it through.
