I love the staff including the drivers, the on-site staff and the management who have reached out to me after two back-to-back really unpleasant experiences. My hesitation in using The Parking Spot again is not the staff, but the fact that there is no designated spot for customers to line up so they know who's first in line and how many people are ahead of us, etc. This has created unnecessary chaos when trying to get on a shuttle, and home. But the staff and management are always great, including, Dave Parth, who I spoke with today.

I would really like to commend the Parking Spot team especially partner Dave. I recently provided feedback on my most recent experience that did not do so well and he called me personally to address my concerns. This is a true example of leadership and hearing the customers. He offered me a full refund which I declined as my expressions were not to be refunded but just to bring awareness in order to persevere future exchanges and address issues early.

Good company. Prompt pickup and delivery at airport, safe parking. The only time we ever had an issue (involving a poorly trained driver), the manager reached out and made things right.
