Fast & efficient.

We’ve always appreciated the friendly and helpful bus drivers at the Parking Spot, but this last trip really impressed us. After being away for an extended time, we returned to find our car stuck in snow and ice. The driver offered to come back after his final drop-off — and he did! He returned with a shovel and helped dig us out.

Exceptional customer service and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend!

The only thing that I don’t like about the The Parking Spot is the policy of not refund if you cancel. I had reserved parking for November 2025 and I had to cancel due to illness. I was told no refund!

How nice and polite the drivers are. I wish I had the name of the one that brought me to my car last Tuesday night. It was a long day with plane delays because of the wind in Denver.

Excellent customer service. Waited less that 60 seconds for pickup prior to flight. Driver was courteous and professional. Return pickup was equally prompt despite construction at the airport.

Being able to reserve parking online. Drive to the facility and park, then the bus comes by to pick you up and you are on your way. Coming home the bus picks you up at the airport and drives you to your car and you are on your way home.

The parking spot employees are dependable. I always feel well taken care of. We get picked up as soon as we park our car. When we come back to Phoenix, I can find the closet bus on the app and they pick us up and take us to the car. Plus they always give out cold water after you pick up your car and head home. I have never met an inconsiderate driver. All are friendly and helpful.
