Quick and easy!

I love the convenience, I wish some people would realize that there not any more important than others.

We've used the parking spot for several years ( by no means a frequent flyer) but we only use parking spot south for every flight.

The prices were reasonable, the drivers were very helpful, and the whole affair was a big convenience. My driver, who I believe was named Teddy, was especially conscientious of my experience made sure everything went smoothly. If I had issue it, it was getting on the bus to return, but that was because I didn't read the sign properly (there are two Will Clayton locations), so I brought that one on myself.

There isn’t anything NOT to like! Your staff is always right there when you need them. Very helpful and friendly. It’s convenient and competitively priced.

Pick up/drop off at car and frequent vans at terminal.

Covered parking. One drawback is other airport shuttles have more vans picking up at the airport. We always have to wait on a shuttle for parking spot. The covered parking brings us back but I wish the pick ups were more frequent, By the time the van gets there, people are fighting to get a seat because we have all been waiting so long.

The best thing I like is the fact that the drivers help with luggage. Most of the time they are very polite and get up immediately to help with your luggage.

Convenience and service

I never have to wait long for shuttle buses.
But the automatic gate wasn't working on my return. Had to find a person and wait while he tried to get it working. He ended up taking our barcodes manually. there were at least 5 cars waiting to get out

Excellent ap for booking entrance and exiting. Love the tracking of vehicles upon pick up. Great value.

Our experience with the Parking Spot has been excellent. We will definitely use again.
