Very easy to use
On both outbound (very early a.m., Nov 22) and inbound (also very early a.m., Nov 30) both drivers were particularly friendly and helpful. I am a senior citizen with some disabilities. I was heading out of country for a scuba diving vacation. My gear bag is always quite heavy (~55 lbs). Plus, I had a personal suitcase, 2 carry-ons, and a medical device. The assistance with loading and unloading those from the bus were truly appreciated. While I tipped well, I still want to give high rating to the Parking Spot for having such helpful staff at the odd hours of the day!
Also, on this trip the entry, parking location, and exit payment were very fast. At 2 a.m. on Nov 30 my only interest was in getting home (1-1/2 hour drive from BWI) and the ease of departure was appreciated

I like how easy it is to create a reservation on my phone. Checking in and out is also easy. We feel the facility is secure which means we don't worry about our vehicle at all while we are gone. We also like that we have never had to wait for a shuttle either to the airport or back. Great process, great facility.
We like how often the shuttles come and being able to track where they are on the app. Getting dropped off right at your car is a plus.

Great lot to use for parking at Lambert. In and out quickly no matter which terminal you are flying out of. Never wait long for pick up at the lot or the terminal.
