I have used Parking Spot 1 and 2 and both are in close proximity to each other and the airport. Both locations are excellent and is just up to personal preference on which location you want to use.

I now prefer Parking Spot 1 only because this is an all covered location, which is especially important to me during the brutal summers. Parking Spot 2 offers both covered and uncovered spots and is usually more affordable than Parking Spot 1 if you are looking to save a little bit of money.

Staff at both locations are wonderful. There is no other off-site parking service that I want to use.

The attendants at arrival and departure are ALWAYS incredibly nice and helpful. There really is something about first impressions and they always make my experience delightful from the beginning. The shuttle drivers are also friendly and professional. I couldn’t imagine parking my car anywhere else.

The Parking Spot process overall was very seamless. I was a tad skeptical about the new app to download however it was easier than what I thought it would be. On the day I arrived to the airport and parked my car in the lot, the shuttle was already there and helped my family with our bags. When we returned from our vacation, the instructions to meet the shuttle were very easy to follow. I would recommend this service to EVERYONE I know.

Friendly employees, fast pick up, free water at check out

Although at this point I will still use you because of points and status, I feel your service has gone down. You used to have continuous return bus pick up but the last few trips I had to wait a long time at returns for a bus. Last week when the bus finally came, I was the cutoff passenger and was told the bus was full and I had to wait for the next one.

I really like the ease of use, cost and convenience that the parking spot gives me when traveling. They are very quick to pick me up at my car and from that point I'm usually at the airport within 5-10 minutes.

All was good until we got on the Sepulveda shuttle and not the century shuttle, that needs to be made clear to the general public.

Covered parking areas are better than competitors. Drivers were courteous and helpful. First time using The Parking Spot but definitely not the last time!

The quick check in with APP; the short wait for buses in the lot and at terminal and MOST of all the friendly, helpful drivers. Wish we had tried this years ago.

The shuttle was there for my group even though we were an hour earlier than our reservation time. Also I was extremely late on my arrival and the shuttle was waiting for me when I finally appeared at midnight. I was very relieved. So I would say very accommodating! I will definitely park here for future travels.
