Love The Parking Spot. I am a frequent user and enjoy the discounts, friendly staff and great customer service.

My only advice would be to have the Yellow with Black dots sign that say "The Parking Spot" near the "Park 'n Fly" sign...it's a little confusing.

Parking Spot has it together from the time you enter their facility to the shuttle picking you up at your vehicle, to arriving at the airport, to being picked up after you return to PHL! Everyone is always so pleasant. I have parked elsewhere to save a few dollars and upon my return to PHL, while waiting for my shuttle, I have watched 6-7 Parking Spot shuttles pass me by!

Location to the 4 lane hwys. Much better than Spot 1 or 2. Water on the way out. Pickup is right there when I park and 'usually' is when Im at the #11 curb at T3.

The staff at the entrance and the drivers have always been friendly. The shuttle to and from Will Clayton 2 has come pretty quickly every time that we've traveled.

The drivers were great! Very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was safe while I was away. I would like larger parking spots for “truck parking”. But other than that, great value for parking.

This time was a very pleasant experience. The shuttle was quick from when we dropped off our car and was right there to take us to airport we didn't have to walk through the lot to find one. It was also quick when we were picked back up and dropped us off back at our car. The drivers each time were super nice as well.
