I always enjoy this Parking Spot when I travel it's convenient. The staff is helpful when I arrive. It's always a place for me to park. I feel safe leaving my vehicle.

I think you should also ask how things went, to airport was good, pickup due to lousy rude impolite customer service on the phone, I'm pretty sure it was Sharon tht answered the when I called for pickup while I was standing at the actual pick up spot. She could not have been more rude and well frankly ignorant by insisting a shuttle was just there , it wasn't I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes before I called, then telling me "you missed it" and "now you have to wait for a shuttle, because I have to send one from here". Well, let be honest had she said something to the effect of I'll have one on the way....hmmm what a difference.
I've been a customer since the Park Express , this person is rude and couldn't care a less about the customer with a lousy attitude, as if I'm doing her a favor vs taking care of a paying customer...that keeps her pay check coming.
Pick up driver , I think it was Rose, she was great.
