Safe storage, fast pick up and drop off
Convenience, covered parking, frequent shuttles.
Convenient and the prices are reasonable. Usually good turn around of shuttles , but someone was ill , which left Wayne to do it by himself , which caused the wait to be longer . Reason 3 Parking lot 1 arrived before Wayne could return . But he provided great customer service on that particular day with that inconvenience.

The shuttle was very easy to use and the shuttle driver was very helpful when my car would not start. He gave me a jump and the car started. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I called to when my car was started. The service was prompt and very smooth. Thank you.

The friendly and helpful staff is a great strength. I really appreciate that the staff help load my luggage on and off of the bus, come to my car quickly after I park, and get me to the airport in a timely manner. The close proximity to the airport is great.

The parking was easy, even very early in the morning. The bus arrived quickly. Our return was late at night and again everything went smoothly. The driver was very kind and assisted with luggage.

** I am picked up right at my car and have help with luggage.
** They are fast in picking you up when you return and you are taken right to your car.
** The people driving the bus is always friendly.
** In the Winter time I can park in covered parking; love this.
