easy - quick in an out and the online booking to easy exit has gotten much better

Convenient and budget friendly.

Convenient, and the staff is very friendly

The online reservation services. It is quick and easy

Efficient, and friendly.

Easy in and easy out.

Quick in and out of the parking lot.
However, one of the entry gates usually has a cone in front of it- so only one entry gate is currently open. It slows entry into the parking lot at peak times during the morning.

Quick rides to and from airport

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The speed and convenience compared to parking on site at the airport.

Valet parking.

Ease of parking, paying and getting a shuttle to and from the airport terminal.

Makes flying out of BNA more better.

Very friendly and professional

The driver was quick to pick me up when I dropped off the car. Plus it was very easy to use.

Departure and arrival both went very smoothly. Convenient location plus frequent busses to the airport make this my goto parking spot.

Easy to use. Shuttle picks up and drops off. My only complaint is the drop off is at the far end and you have to walk from the opposite end of the airport to the other to get to security and check in. I’m sure it’s due to the airport. I would still recommend for travelers that need somewhere safe and secure to park for their trips.

Easy and convenient

Pick up & drop off by my car

Great leadership @ The Parking Spot West!

very convenient nice, covered parking to protect against the crazy storms. shuttle drivers are all great and hard working. I have never waited very long for a shuttle to go either way and with the APP getting in and out is always quick. Tip your drivers as they always get you as close as possible to the vehicle and help with your bags.
