App is user friendly, can't say enough about that! After we parked, driver was there to pick us up as we got our bags out of the car. Shuttle ride over to airport was good. After arriving home from vacation, I saw several shirtless while we were waiting for luggage. And as soon as we walked out of baggage area and made our way to zone 3, there was a shuttle to get back to our car! Note for newbies....keep the card that the driver gives you when you are first picked up before your trip, it shows where your car is parked. Take a picture of it, in case it gets lost. Download the app! So easy to use!

I was exhausted when I arrived at Sky Harbor after several days away and already a 17 hr travel day! When I got to my car, the battery was dead! Just what I didn't need as it was 8:30pm and I had an almost 2-hr ahead of me to get home. Ryan saved the day!!! Charged my battery and loaded my suitcases... very polite, helpful - my Knight in Shining Armor!!!! Keep him!! A great employee!!!!!
