it's very convenient
Great service. I used it for the first time and found this very smooth service. Even on july 4 weekend they were able to run things smoothly. Very professional and helpful drivers.
Knowing you will always get me to/from the airport in a timely manner
Been using the parking spot since it first opened, always reliable and dependable friendly people
The wait time. The past couple of times we have used the parking spot, we have collected our luggage and been able to walk out and hop on a bus. The bus drivers are very polite and always quick to help with the luggage.
The drivers are very professional and helpful.
It was a piece of mind taking my vacation knowing that my car was safe and secure at a very reasonable price. No worries!!
Ease of use and security

Very convenient
All of it
Easy, convenient and many vans accessible to and from airport. Did not have to wait long either way.
Quick and easy
This was the first time we had used Parking Spot. The employees were pleasant and took great care of us. We will definitely use them again!
The ease of dropping off our vehicle was great. The bus driver was very courteous and handled all of our luggage for us. Love the convenience. The only thing I wish was a little clearer is that the location for the shuttle to pick up on your return could have been marked a little clearer.
The drivers load and unload luggage, and provide a card with the parking location. When returning, the driver requests the card and drives right to your vehicle. Shuttles are timely - don't have to wait very long.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Frequent shuttles.
I appreciated the pricing - it was more affordable than me taking an Uber to and from the airport. I also liked the app and the ease and convenience of having everything at my fingertips. Lastly, everything ran smoothly from the shuttles picking us up quickly, to them being ready when we returned, to the no cost reservation extension when my plane was delayed on the return home.
Quick service great pricing
Polite, prompt, professional service. Daily parking fee was also very reasonable.
Most of the time. It is not a long wait for the bus.
