THE DRIVER TAKING US TO THE AIRPORT WAS WONDERFUL ! PLEASANT, HELPFUL, HAPPY... THE DRIVER BACK.. JUST OK .. WE GOT BACK SAFELY..SO I GUESS I SHOULD BE HAPPY, BUT COMPARATIVELY.. ...I WOULD HAVE WANTED THE DRIVER THAT TOOK US FROM THE SPOT TO THE THE AIRPORT.
Parking then riding into the airport, ease of access.. Cause i left my dash cam on, battery was dead, but the employees gave me a boost.

The price, the convenience of being picked up right where I park. Especially traveling with kids, having one less thing to worry about (getting my luggage on and off the shuttle) and also above and beyond the driver cleaning the ice off my car so I could just focus on getting the car started and kids in the car. Sooo grateful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Has the card with the parking number on it ready and if I lose my card when i return will help find my car. Always help with luggage. Very prompt, whether going to or coming from the airport there is minimal if any waiting. Easy entrance and exit.
